What About The Power Source?
Okay, since we saw the cable running into the water, what happened to the power supply once Ben moved the Island?

If it's the same cable I think you are talking about--the one that went to The Looking Glass...the Looking Glass was blown up so I really don't think they were worried about it. The looking glass didn't supply power to the island, it was the other way around. The hatch, The Tempest was the islands source of power as far as I know. And when the island moved, the Tempest went with it.

Re: What About The Power Source?
Yep. I agree the island has the power.
The looking glass would have gone with them also, Cause the surrounding islands did.
Probably all connected via a shelf.
Maybe the island was actually a floating island. A.K.A Greek mythology.

Re: What About The Power Source?
And speaking of Greek mythology...
The floating Island in question was called Delos. (Delos is a real island, but in the myth, was a floating island.) It is the traditional birthplace of Apollo. (A number of Apollo references is Lost.)
